When you submit our form, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, state of residence, whether you currently have life insurance, and the type of coverage you're interested in.
We use your information to match you with one licensed life insurance agent in your state and to communicate with you by phone, text, and email about your request.
We sell or transfer the information you submit to one licensed insurance agent or agency matched to your request, drawn from our current partner agents. That agent is licensed and regulated by the insurance industry, pays us a fee for the referral, and uses your information to contact you and discuss coverage options.
We sell your information to that one matched agent only. We do not sell it to data brokers, and we do not provide it to anyone for unrelated marketing.
You may opt out of phone, text, or email contact at any time — reply STOP to a text, say "stop calling" on a call, or email us at the address below. You may also request access to or deletion of your information.
